Access to and use of NoPlano is subject to this Privacy Policy and any applicable terms, agreements, or platform rules connected to the Service.

We obtain Personal Information from information you give us, information created while you use NoPlano, information from connected social media accounts, and information from service providers or partners that help operate NoPlano.
If we request information that is necessary to provide the Service and you choose not to provide it, some parts of NoPlano may not work.

Registration
When you create an account or access restricted parts of the Service, we may collect information such as your name, email address, password credentials, backup email, profile image, plan tier, city, time zone, and related account details.
Customer Support
We may collect information you provide when you contact us for help, send feedback, report a problem, request account changes, or otherwise communicate with NoPlano.
Making a Purchase
If you purchase a paid plan, we may collect billing-related information such as plan selection, payment status, billing email, and transaction records. Payment card data may be processed by third-party payment providers and is not stored directly by NoPlano unless clearly stated in the product.
Social Media and Workspace Content
To help you plan, create, approve, schedule, and publish content, we may collect business profile details, brand settings, prompts, uploaded files, generated drafts, captions, media assets, schedules, approvals, comments, messages, social handles, account IDs, and time zones.
Customer, Vendor, and Partner Relationships
We may collect contact details and business information when you interact with us as a customer, vendor, contractor, advisor, or partner.
2a. Personal Information Collected from Connected Social Media Accounts
If you connect a third-party social media account to NoPlano, we may collect information from that account to provide the integration you requested. The exact information depends on the platform permissions you approve and the features you use.
NoPlano may allow you to connect a Facebook Page or profile. We may collect profile image, display name, username, Page ID or profile ID, access tokens, sent posts, post content, publishing status, comments, messages, and engagement data such as clicks, likes, shares, impressions, and aggregate engagement counts where permitted.
NoPlano may allow you to connect an Instagram profile. We may collect profile image, display name, username, profile ID, access tokens, sent posts, post content, publishing status, comments, messages, and engagement data such as clicks, likes, shares, impressions, and aggregate engagement counts where permitted.
Instagram and Meta data is used only to provide the NoPlano Service you choose to use, such as account connection, content planning, publishing, inbox workflows, and performance review. We do not sell Instagram or Meta user data and we do not share it with unrelated third parties.
Threads
NoPlano may allow you to connect a Threads profile. We may collect profile image, display name, username, profile ID, access tokens, sent posts, post content, publishing status, and engagement data where permitted by Meta and applicable law.
NoPlano may allow you to connect a LinkedIn profile or Page. We may collect profile image, display name, username, profile ID, access tokens, sent posts, post content, publishing status, and engagement data such as clicks, likes, shares, impressions, and aggregate engagement counts where permitted.
TikTok
NoPlano may allow you to connect a TikTok profile. We may collect profile image, display name, username, profile ID, access tokens, sent posts, post content, publishing status, and engagement data where permitted.
YouTube and Google Services
NoPlano may allow you to connect a YouTube channel or Google service. We may collect profile image, display name, channel or profile ID, access tokens, existing videos, video details, sent posts, publishing status, and engagement data such as views, likes, shares, impressions, comments, and aggregate engagement counts where permitted.
If you use YouTube API Services through NoPlano, your use may also be subject to Google's Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke access through your Google account security settings.
NoPlano may allow you to connect a Pinterest profile or board. We may collect profile image, display name, username, profile ID, access tokens, boards, sent posts, post content, publishing status, and engagement data such as clicks, saves, re-pins, impressions, and aggregate engagement counts where permitted.
X, Bluesky, and Other Social Platforms
NoPlano may support additional social platforms. When you connect them, we may collect account identifiers, profile information, access tokens, social handles, sent posts, post content, publishing status, and engagement data needed to provide the integration.
2b. Personal Information Automatically Obtained from Your Interactions with the Service
Log Data
When you use NoPlano, our servers and service providers may automatically record information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps, errors, and product activity.

NoPlano may use cookies, local storage, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand usage, improve product performance, and protect the Service.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against accidental loss, unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

You can update certain account and workspace information inside NoPlano. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or other rights available under applicable law.
If you no longer want marketing communications, you can follow unsubscribe instructions in those messages or contact us. You may still receive administrative or service-related messages.
You can delete your account from the profile settings page. For data connected to Instagram Login, Meta integrations, or another social platform, email support@noplano.com with the email used for your NoPlano account and the connected account you want removed. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period unless we must retain certain information for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.
You can revoke third-party platform access through the relevant platform settings, such as Meta Business settings or Google account security settings, where supported.
7. Data Transfers
NoPlano and its service providers may process Personal Information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from your local laws.
Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards or legal bases for international transfers, such as contractual protections, consent, necessity to provide the Service, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

NoPlano is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided Personal Information to NoPlano, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
